Let AI Write Your Product Description and Sell It on Pocketsflow
You can let an AI write your product description and sell it on Pocketsflow without copying anything: connect Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor to Pocketsflow's MCP server, ask for a description, and the AI saves it onto the product with Pocketsflow's update_product tool. The same chat can then test a new headline and check how the product sells, using Pocketsflow's 293 store tools.
Why let the AI save the description itself
An AI chat without tools writes a description you paste into a form. An AI connected to Pocketsflow reads the product first, with get_product, so it knows the price and the current copy. It then writes the new description with that context and saves it. Every change shows up in your Pocketsflow dashboard, where you can check it or change it back.
The Pocketsflow tools behind the workflow
Four Pocketsflow tool groups cover writing, proof, testing and results. The chart counts the tools in each, read from Pocketsflow's MCP tool list.
| Point | Tools |
|---|---|
| Products | 6 |
| Reviews | 6 |
| A/B tests | 7 |
| Analytics | 8 |

How to write and publish a description with AI
- Connect your AI app to
www.pocketsflow.com/mcp, sign in to Pocketsflow and click Allow access. - Ask: "Read my product Notion Freelance OS and tell me what it includes."
- Ask: "Write a description for it: one line on the result, three bullets on what is inside, one line on who it is for. Plain words, no hype."
- Read the draft and ask for changes in plain words, as many times as you like.
- Ask: "Save this description on the product." The AI calls Pocketsflow's
update_product. - Open the product page in Pocketsflow to check it before you share the link.
Prompts that write better descriptions
- "Use the words my buyers use: read my last 10 reviews first." (Pocketsflow's review tools)
- "Lead with the outcome, not the features."
- "Keep it under 120 words and add a short list of what is in the download."
- "Write two headlines: one about the time saved, one about the result."
The AI writes the copy; you stay the editor. Check every claim it makes about the product, especially numbers, before you save.
Test the headline, then keep the winner
On the Pocketsflow Pro plan, the AI can start a headline test with create_ab_test: each visitor sees one headline, and every sale is credited to the version they saw. Later, ask "Which headline is ahead?" and the AI reads get_ab_test_results. When one version is clearly ahead, ask the AI to declare it the winner, and Pocketsflow writes it onto the product.
Check whether the new description sells
A week after the change, ask: "How did sales of Notion Freelance OS compare with the week before?" Pocketsflow's analytics tools answer with revenue and the sales funnel, so you see whether more visitors bought. Pocketsflow keeps payouts and bank details out of the MCP server, so this kind of question never touches your money.
