1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Pocketsflow website, apps, and services (the “Platform”). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, onboarding as a seller, or making a purchase, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept, do not use the Platform. We may refuse service, close accounts, cancel orders, remove content, or place holds at our discretion where we believe risk, abuse, or policy violations exist.
2. Who We Are & What We Do
Pocketsflow is a platform where people sell digital products and access Creator Page Pages (creator page tools). We provide marketplace infrastructure: storefronts, checkout, access control, fraud controls, and support tooling. We manually review and approve (or reject) sellers at our discretion and may request additional information or identity verification at any time.

3. Accounts, Onboarding & Eligibility
- You must be at least 16 years old (or the digital consent age in your country).
- All information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.
- Sellers are subject to our manual approval, ongoing reviews, and any required KYC/KYB checks by us or our payment partners. We may decline, suspend, or terminate seller access without refund where risk, noncompliance, or policy violations are identified.
4. Checkout, Payments, Holds & Escrow
Payments are processed on hosted checkout pages by our payment partners. To mitigate refunds, chargebacks, fraud, and compliance risk, we may (a) delay payouts, (b) hold funds in escrow or reserve, and/or (c) reverse or refundtransactions. Payout timing is at our discretion and may be extended for new or higher risk sellers, abnormal activity, or open disputes. We may offset refunds, chargebacks, penalties, or fees against seller balances.
5. Products, Licensing & Use
Unless stated otherwise, items sold on the Platform are digital goods licensedto the buyer, not sold outright. Buyers receive a personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to download and use purchased content for their own purposes. Strictly prohibited: resale, redistribution, public posting or sharing of files, license keys, or access credentials; automated scraping; circumvention of technical protections. Certain items (e.g. fonts, code, templates) may include specific license terms that govern in case of conflict.
6. Seller Obligations
- Provide accurate titles, descriptions, pricing, and applicable license terms.
- Deliver products as described, ensure file integrity, and provide timely updates or fixes.
- Comply with all applicable laws (IP, privacy, consumer, tax) and our policies.
- No illegal, infringing, misleading, or off platform payment solicitations.
- Maintain prompt customer support and cooperate in refund or dispute investigations.
7. Creator Page pages
Creator Page pages are hosted profiles and creator page pages. You must not use them to sell illegal, infringing, or misleading content; to route payments off the hosted checkout; or to impersonate others. We may remove pages, disable links, and block domains that violate policy or law, without refund.
8. Delivery & Access
Digital access is typically provisioned immediately after successful payment (download link, account unlock, or plan activation). Buyers are responsible for backing up downloads. We are not responsible for loss after delivery or third party storage failures.
9. Refunds, Disputes & Investigations
- If a product is defective or materially not as described, buyers must contact chain@pocketsflow.com within 14 days. We may repair, replace, or refund at our discretion consistent with applicable law.
- Digital items are delivered immediately; change of mind refunds are generally not available. Where European Union rights apply, buyers consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge the right of withdrawal may be lost once delivery begins.
- We may place or extend holds/escrow, delay payouts, or reverse transactions while investigating fraud, abuse, IP claims, or chargebacks.
10. Prohibited Conduct
- Resale or redistribution of downloads; license abuse; sharing access credentials
- Off platform payments or attempts to circumvent fees/taxes
- IP infringement, privacy violations, malware, spam, scraping, or attacks
- Deceptive claims, impersonation, unlawful or harmful use, or sanctions violations
11. Enforcement
We may immediately suspend or terminate access; remove content; cancel orders; place reserves or escrow; and block accounts, devices, or payments we associate with abuse or risk. We may disclose information to payment providers, law enforcement, and rights holders where lawful and appropriate.
12. Intellectual Property
The Platform, Creator Page pages framework, and product materials are owned by Pocketsflow or our licensors and protected by law. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted. Feedback you provide may be used by Pocketsflow without restriction.
13. Privacy & Data
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data. We use reputable processors (including payment providers) under data processing terms where required by law.
Consent to Data Processing. By using the Platform, you expressly consent to our collection, use, retention, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy, including processing by our payment partners and service providers for fraud prevention, sanctions screening, dispute handling, tax, and compliance. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
13A. Third Party Terms
Payments and certain features are provided through third party services. By using those features or completing a payment, you agree to the applicable third party terms and any other processor terms we present to you.
13B. Acceptable Products & Content Policy
We maintain a strict Acceptable Products & Content Policy. Zero tolerance: illegal, infringing, deceptive, harmful, or otherwise prohibited items are not allowed. You must review and comply with our policy and with our payment partners’ policies. We may remove listings, cancel orders, place reserves or escrow, and suspend or terminate accounts for violations, without refund and in addition to any other remedies permitted by law.
14. Disclaimers
The Platform and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error free operation or that content will meet your requirements.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pocketsflow and its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim in the preceding three months, or (b) EUR 100.
16. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. The courts of Delaware, USA, have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer rules allow otherwise.
17. Changes
We may update these Terms and Platform features at any time. Material changes will be notified by email or in app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
