Questions designers ask.

Can buyers pay what they want?

Yes. Turn on pay what you want with a minimum and a suggested price. The product page shows the suggestion, and buyers can always pay more.

Can I sell several packs together?

Yes, on Growth and up. Bundles sell products together at one price, and buy more, save more gives a bigger discount as buyers add more to the cart.

How do updates reach buyers?

Swap the file on the product. Every download after that gets the new version, including buyers who bought before.

Can I stop my files being shared?

Download limits, on Growth and up, cap how many times each buyer can download and make links expire. PDF stamping, on Starter and up, prints the buyer's email, order number and date on every downloaded PDF.

I sell on Gumroad or Payhip today. Can I move?

Yes. On Volume, the import connects to Gumroad and brings your products, customers, purchase history and email list over after you review a dry run. From any other platform, upload a CSV. On any plan you can list your products yourself in minutes.

What does it cost?

No monthly fee to sell. Each sale carries one transaction cost, 4.7% + $0.30 estimated (about $1.66 on a $29 sale), covering the platform, card processing, sales tax and VAT handling and dispute prevention, itemized on every order. In the worked example on this page, you keep $345.36 more a month than on Gumroad and $55.32 more a month than on Lemon Squeezy. Selling $50,000 or more a month? The Volume plans lower the platform fee to 1% or 0.5%.

How big can my files be?

Each file can be up to 10 MB on Free, 50 MB on Starter, 100 MB on Growth and 250 MB on Pro and up, and one product can hold several files. For bigger packs, sell a link product that points to your own storage.
