Pocketsflow

// migrate

Move your store to Pocketsflow.

Bring your products, customers, purchase history and email list from Gumroad, Lemon Squeezy, Stan Store or any CSV. You review a dry run before anything is written, and nobody on your list is emailed.

Where you can import from

  • // api or csv

    Gumroad

    Connect with a Gumroad access token, or upload your sales and followers exports.

    • Sales: Gumroad → Analytics → Sales → Download CSV
    • Followers: Gumroad → Audience → Followers → Export
    • Token: Gumroad → Settings → Advanced → Applications → create an application → Generate access token
  • // api or csv

    Lemon Squeezy

    Connect with a Lemon Squeezy API key, or upload your orders and customers exports.

    • Orders: Lemon Squeezy → Orders → Export
    • Customers: Lemon Squeezy → Customers → Export
    • Token: Lemon Squeezy → Settings → API → Create API key
  • // csv exports

    Stan Store

    Upload your Stan exports as CSV files. Stan has no API import.

    • Customers and email list: Stan → Customers → Export CSV
    • Orders: Stan → Income → Export CSV
    • Products: a CSV with your product names and prices
  • // csv

    Any other platform

    Upload a CSV of products, customers, purchases or subscribers from anywhere.

    • Products: any CSV with a product name column
    • Customers and subscribers: any CSV with an email column
    • Purchases: any CSV with buyer email and product name columns

// how it works

Five steps, and you see each one.

The same steps in the dashboard's Import page, whether you run them or our team does.

  1. 01

    Add data

    Connect your old platform with a token, or upload the CSV exports you already have. A token is used for that one pull and never stored.

  2. 02

    Review

    Columns are matched for you. Every row with a problem is flagged before you go on, and you fix the mapping by hand if needed.

  3. 03

    Dry run

    See exactly what will be added, skipped or left as it is, before anything is written to your store.

  4. 04

    Import

    The import runs in the background. You can close the tab: it resumes on its own and never creates the same record twice.

  5. 05

    Report

    What was imported, what was skipped and why, with a CSV of every row that needs your attention.

// what moves

What comes over, and how.

Up to 50,000 rows and 10 MB per CSV file, one file per kind of data.

  • Gumroad: Gumroad's API does not share product files, so imported products are marked "file needed" and you upload each file once.
  • Lemon Squeezy: The API brings each product with its first published file. Each customer's marketing status comes over as their email consent.
  • Stan Store: Stan's exports carry no product files, so products arrive marked "file needed" unless your CSV has a file link column.
  • Any other platform: Columns are matched by name. Anything we do not recognise, you map by hand: the importer never guesses a column.

// safe by default

Nothing goes live by surprise.

Each run is written so that you can check it, stop it and run it again.

  • Products start unpublished

    Every imported product is a draft until you publish it, so nothing goes live by surprise.

  • History is not revenue

    Past purchases are kept as imported history. They never count as new sales or show up as revenue.

  • Nobody is emailed

    Subscribers come over with their consent. No automation fires, and opt-outs stay opted out.

  • Bounces stay out

    An address that bounced or reported spam before is not added to your list.

  • No duplicates

    Products you already have (same name), existing customers and contacts already on your list are skipped and left as they are.

  • Tokens are not kept

    A Gumroad or Lemon Squeezy token is used for one pull, then dropped. It is never stored or logged.

// what stays behind

What the importer does not move.

Set these up again in the dashboard once your products are in.

  • Active recurring billing. Subscriptions do not move with their payment details: past payments come over as purchase history, and subscribers sign up again on Pocketsflow.

  • Discount codes, affiliates, reviews and your store's page design.

  • Product files the old platform does not share (Gumroad's API) or that cannot be fetched: expired links, files over your plan's upload limit, or file types we do not import. Those products are marked "file needed".

  • Email subscribers beyond your plan's subscriber limit. Rows over the limit are reported, not dropped silently.

// plans

Run it yourself, or let us do it.

  • // volume plan

    The whole store, with or without us

    The guided importer is part of Volume ($500 a month, 1% platform fee). Our team can run the import with you, free: you follow every step and the report in your dashboard.

  • // every plan, free included

    Your email list, today

    On any plan, import your subscribers from a CSV under Audience, up to your plan's list size (1,000 on Free), add your products in the dashboard and start selling.

// faq

Common questions.

Which plan do I need?

The guided importer is part of the Volume plan ($500 a month, with a 1% platform fee). On every plan, including Free, you can import your email list from a CSV under Audience, up to your plan's subscriber limit (1,000 on Free), and create your products yourself.

Can you do the import for me?

Yes, on Volume: our team runs the import with you, free, and you follow every step and the report in your dashboard. Get in touch through the contact page to start.

How long does it take?

Setup takes minutes: connect or upload, check the columns, read the dry run. The import then runs in the background, so you can close the tab. Products download their files one by one, so a large catalog with big files takes longer than a list of customers.

Will my buyers or subscribers get an email?

No. Subscribers are written directly to your list with their consent: no automation fires and nobody is emailed. Opt-outs stay opted out, and addresses that bounced or reported spam before are not added.

Will imported purchases show up as revenue?

No. Past purchases are kept as imported history on each customer. They never count as new sales, so your revenue and analytics start clean.

Is my API token stored?

No. A Gumroad or Lemon Squeezy token is used for that one pull and then dropped. It is never written to the database, a log or the import itself.

What if I run the import twice?

Nothing is created twice. Every record is matched on what it imports (product source id or name, customer email, the old platform's order id, subscriber email), so a second run skips what is already there.
