Funnel calculator
Your funnel
10,000 visitors make 240 buyers. 10 more points on product page → checkout adds $11,760.00.
| Point | Now | After the fix |
|---|---|---|
| Visitors | 10,000 people | 10,000 people |
| Product page | 4,000 people | 4,000 people |
| Checkout | 400 people | 800 people |
| Buyers | 240 people | 480 people |
Each stage is the one before times its step, in whole people. The weakest step keeps the smallest share; the best fix is the step where 10 more points adds the most buyers.
Repeat buyers, upsells and refunds are left out.
// the formulas
Fix the leakiest step.
The worked examples use the calculator's defaults: 10,000 visitors, 40% to the product page, 10% to checkout, 60% paid, at $49.
Each stage
stage = stage before × step conversion
10,000 visitors × 40% = 4,000 product page views; × 10% = 400 checkouts; × 60% = 240 buyers, 2.4% of visitors.
The weakest step
the step that keeps the smallest share
In the example it is product page → checkout: 9 in 10 product page views leave without starting a checkout.
What a fix is worth
+10 points on one step, the rest unchanged
+10 points on the view step adds 60 buyers, on checkout → paid 40, but on the weakest step 240: $11,760.00 a month.
Pocketsflow's dashboard shows your real visitors and conversion. From the Growth plan, abandoned checkout emails win back buyers who left. See checkout pages or compare plans.
// faq
Common questions.
How do I calculate my funnel conversion rate?
Multiply the conversion of each step. 40% of visitors view a product, 10% of those start a checkout and 60% of checkouts pay: 0.4 × 0.1 × 0.6 = 2.4% of visitors buy.
Which step should I fix first?
Usually the weakest one, the step that keeps the smallest share. The same 10-point improvement there adds the most buyers, because every later step multiplies it. The calculator shows what +10 points on each step is worth.
What is a good conversion rate for a digital product?
It varies with price and traffic. From a warm audience (your list, your followers), 2% to 5% of visitors buying is common; cold ad traffic is often under 1%. Checkout to paid is usually the highest step, 50% or more when the checkout is short.
What is revenue per visitor?
Revenue divided by visitors: what each visitor is worth. The example makes $11,760.00 from 10,000 visitors, $1.18 each. It tells you what you can pay for a visitor and still profit.
How does Pocketsflow help the checkout step?
Checkout takes cards, and Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. From the Growth plan, abandoned checkout emails bring back buyers who left, and upsells and order bumps raise what each buyer spends (Growth plan).
