AI Agent Store Operations Checklist: Daily, Weekly, Monthly
An AI agent store operations checklist is a short list of prompts you paste on a schedule: daily for orders and payouts, weekly for the report and recovery, monthly for revenue and cleanup. With Pocketsflow, each prompt calls named MCP tools on your real store, and this checklist uses 26 of Pocketsflow's 303 tools across 17 prompts.
Most of the checklist works on every Pocketsflow plan. The tables say which prompts need Growth, Pro or an email plan, as of November 2026.
How to set up the Pocketsflow checklist
- Add
https://www.pocketsflow.com/mcpto your AI app as a custom connector. In Claude: Customize, then Connectors, + Add, Add custom connector. - Sign in to Pocketsflow and click Allow access. Pocketsflow creates a key named "MCP: <app>".
- Save the three tables below as a note or a project file in your AI app.
- Paste the daily prompts each morning, the weekly ones on Monday and the monthly ones on the 1st.
- Approve every change the AI proposes before it runs.
Pocketsflow connects in the mode your dashboard is in when you click Allow, so switch to test mode first to practice. For app-by-app steps, read how to connect Pocketsflow to Claude.
The daily Pocketsflow checklist
The daily Pocketsflow prompts take two minutes and only read. They catch a failed payment, a buyer who can't find their order or a payout that needs something from you.
| Prompt to paste | Pocketsflow tools | Plan |
|---|---|---|
| "Did anyone buy since yesterday? List each order with product and amount." | list_orders | Every plan |
| "Any failed or disputed orders since yesterday? Tell me why each payment failed." | list_orders, get_order_payment_details | Every plan |
| "Find the order for jane@example.com and tell me if it was paid." | search_store, get_order | Every plan |
| "Any new reviews? Summarize them in three lines." | list_reviews | Every plan |
| "Are my payouts active? If not, what do I need to do?" | get_payout_status | Every plan |
Pocketsflow's list_orders filters by status (paid, refunded, disputed, failed) and by buyer email, and get_order_payment_details says why a declined payment failed. Start with search_store when all you have is an email, a name or a partial id.
The weekly Pocketsflow checklist
The weekly Pocketsflow prompts read the Sunday report and act on it. Three of them change something, so the AI should ask you first.
| Prompt to paste | Pocketsflow tools | Plan |
|---|---|---|
| "How did my store do this week, and what should I do next?" | get_weekly_report | Every plan |
| "How much can I withdraw, and did last week's payout land?" | get_payout_balance, list_payouts | Every plan |
| "How many checkouts did I lose this month? Turn recovery on for my best seller." | get_abandoned_checkout_summary, set_abandoned_checkout | Read: every plan. Turn on: Growth, $49/mo |
| "Which subscriptions failed to renew, and how much is at risk?" | list_at_risk_subscriptions, get_recovery_summary | Every plan |
| "Draft this week's newsletter about my best seller. Show me before you send it." | create_post, send_post | Email plan, from $15/mo |
| "Are my webhooks still working? Send each one a test." | list_webhooks, test_webhook | Every plan |
Pocketsflow's get_weekly_report returns the same report the Sunday email carries, free on every plan. get_abandoned_checkout_summary counts lost checkouts over the last 30 days on any plan, but turning recovery on with set_abandoned_checkout needs Growth. If the AI gets a FEATURE_LOCKED error, nothing was saved: upgrade in the dashboard or skip that line.
The monthly Pocketsflow checklist
The monthly Pocketsflow prompts look at the bigger picture: where sales come from, what you keep and who your best buyers are. The reports behind the first four prompts are paid features.
| Prompt to paste | Pocketsflow tools | Plan |
|---|---|---|
| "Where did last month's sales come from, and where do buyers drop off?" | get_revenue_by_source, get_sales_funnel | Growth, $49/mo |
| "What did I keep after refunds last month?" | get_net_revenue | Growth, $49/mo |
| "What is my MRR, and how much churned this month?" | get_mrr | Pro, $119/mo |
| "Who are my ten best customers by lifetime value?" | list_best_customers | Pro, $119/mo |
| "Which discount codes are still live? Delete the ones that expired." | list_discounts, delete_discount | Every plan |
| "What does my plan include, and what would the next plan unlock?" | get_entitlements, list_plans | Every plan |
Pocketsflow's funnel, source and net revenue reports are part of Advanced analytics on Growth. MRR reports and the customer CRM behind list_best_customers are on Pro. On the free plan, swap the first two lines for "Show me last month's headline totals", which calls get_analytics_preview.
How many Pocketsflow tools each cadence uses
Of the 26 distinct Pocketsflow tools in this checklist, 21 only read and 5 change something. The daily list is read only on purpose: it runs most often, so it should never change your store.
| Point | Read only | Change something |
|---|---|---|
| Daily | 6 | 0 |
| Weekly | 7 | 4 |
| Monthly | 8 | 1 |

What the Pocketsflow checklist leaves to you
Pocketsflow keeps money movement in the dashboard, and so does this checklist. Payment refunds are issued in the Pocketsflow dashboard; the create_refund tool only sets a refund policy. Payout tools are read only: withdrawing and bank details stay with you. Answering a dispute is your call too. Email automations, abandoned checkout emails and the weekly report run on their own without any prompt; read how to automate a digital product business with AI for that split.
When a Pocketsflow checklist is not enough
A Pocketsflow checklist depends on you pasting the prompts. For anything that must happen on every sale, a built-in automation or a webhook is the better tool, because the AI only acts in a chat you start. Selling on Pocketsflow costs 4.7% + $0.30 per sale with no monthly fee as of November 2026; see Pocketsflow pricing and the Pocketsflow MCP page.
